At Bibbidi, we currently ship our products across India through India Post.

We currently deliver orders to serviceable addresses across India.

Please ensure that the shipping address, PIN code, phone number and other delivery details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and India Post's delivery network.

As a general estimate, orders may take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch to be delivered.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, holidays, weather conditions, operational issues or other circumstances may cause additional delays.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If we offer free shipping or promotional shipping offers, the applicable terms will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the India Post tracking details where available.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears to be stuck in transit, or shows an unusual tracking status, please contact us at hello.mnventures@gmail.com with your order number.

We will do our best to assist you and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping provider.

Please note that delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping provider and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and phone number.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, we may contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears significantly damaged when delivered, please take photographs or videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
